From Passion to Academy
Where It All Began
Brothers Ignacio and Diego Carnevali pick up their first rackets. What starts as practice at home quickly becomes competitive play in summer camps, local tournaments, and national-level competition under the Venezuelan Tennis Federation.
A New Chapter
After relocating to the United States, the brothers train with international coaches, including professionals from Madrid Tennis Academy, and begin competing in USTA tournaments.
Finding Their Calling
As team captains and #1 players at International Studies Charter High School, Diego earned Athlete of the Year and Ignacio earned Rookie of the Year plus multiple MVP awards. It was here they began coaching together and discovered their passion for developing players, a path they'd pursue for over five years, coaching every level from red ball beginners to high-performance competitors.
Building CITA
Now, the brothers channel their combined competitive and coaching experience into CITA, a professional academy where tennis is the tool for developing complete individuals prepared for competition, academics, and life.
